In November 2004, I guided Roberto and Leonel Kaz (Rio de Janeiro) through deep Romania, searching for its flavors, its history and culture. Father and son, with Moldavian Jewish origins, were able to understand better, after crossing Transylvania and experiencing family hospitality in Bukovina, the specific habits and idiosyncrasies of their own family.
